The Agent Training Day is designed for new and prospective agents to learn more about our company and how to be successful. You’ll hear from top agents in the field and have a chance to meet with leaders from our company.
Let’s start with what it’s NOT. This is not a theoretical, motivational seminar designed to get you to sign a contract! In fact, there are no contracts. This is tactical boots-on-the-ground training on how to maximize your earnings as a Southwestern Legacy Insurance agent. Throughout the day you’ll hear from several speakers who have all been successful in the selling field. You’ll also hear how our unique lead system works, and how the licensing process works. Our team will be available for questions throughout the day and there is zero obligation for attending.
